Effective date: October 4, 2026. This policy explains how Apex Promotions LLC ("we", "us"), which operates Studios Rank, handles information about people who visit the site.
Information you give us. If you fill in the contact form, we collect what you type: your name, studio name, email address, phone number, city, role and message. When someone clicks a main call-to-action button, the site records the click (the button name and the page) without any personal data. A text message with the form details or the click is sent to our team through Twilio.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, our servers and hosting provider record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page and the time of the visit. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google. The Find a studio map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address and the area you view, to them. If you choose Near me, your browser shares your location with the map on your device. We do not receive or store it. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics tools on the site.
Information about studios. The directory shows business information that studios publish or that appears in public sources. That is information about businesses, and it can include a business phone number or address.
We use information to run and secure the site, answer messages, review studio correction and removal requests, understand how the site is used, improve it, send service messages, and meet legal duties. If you ask about our marketing services, we use your details to reply to you.
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The site itself sets no cookies. It saves a small note in your browser's local storage so the pop-up does not appear again for 30 days. Third-party tools we add may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may stop working if you do.
We share information with service providers that help us run the site, such as hosting, text-message, email and data-storage providers, under terms that limit their use of it. We may share information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or in a sale or merger of the business. We do not sell your personal information for money.
If you receive a marketing email from us, it will include a way to unsubscribe, and we will honor the request. We may still send messages about your account or a request you made.
We keep information as long as we need it for the reasons above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is fully secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Send the request to support@studiosrank.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, such as the right to opt out of certain sharing. If you are a studio owner who wants a business listing corrected or removed, see section 5 of our Terms of Service.
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The site links to studio websites, maps and data sources. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies.
The site does not track you across other websites. It does not change how it works in response to Do Not Track signals.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
