A little checkup for the dampest corners of your home

Most damp problems start quietly, behind a wall or under a floor. Home Air Health is a yearly plan that checks the places where moisture hides, then tells you in plain words what it found.

What you get

One plan. A few visits a year. Clear answers after each one.

01

Visits on your calendar

Pick a rhythm that fits your home: once a year, twice a year or every season. The visits are scheduled for you, so you never have to remember.

02

Readings, not guesses

A technician uses a moisture meter at the spots that hold water first: basement walls, baseboards, the bottom of the drywall, around old leaks and anywhere that has been wet before.

03

A report you can read

After every visit you get a short written answer. What read wet, what read dry, and whether anything is worth a closer look.

04

A call when it matters

If a reading comes back wet, you get a phone call from a person, not only a report in your inbox.

05

First in line

Members get priority booking when something needs a closer look.

06

Small fixes on the top plan

On the every-season plan, small preventive touch-ups are part of the visit when the technician finds a small spot worth treating.

Why check at all

Damp hides

Water behind a wall or under a floor does not announce itself. A meter can read it before your nose notices.

Moisture is the lever

The US Environmental Protection Agency puts it this way: "The key to mold control is moisture control." It also says it is impossible to get rid of all mold spores indoors. A plan cannot promise a mold-free home. It helps you find and fix moisture early.

EPA guide, updated February 2026

Early is easier

EPA advises drying water-damaged areas within 24 to 48 hours. Regular checks help you catch a wet spot while it is still small.

Good fit if

You have a basement or crawl space

Below-grade rooms are where water shows up first.

The house has had a leak

A past leak is the best reason to keep checking the same spots.

It smells musty

A smell is a reason to read the walls, not to guess.

You just bought a home

A first reading gives you a baseline to compare against later.

Pick your rhythm

Three plans at launch. Prices, the service area and who provides the visits come before launch.

Once a year

The check-in. One visit a year, with priority booking.

Twice a year

Spring and fall. Visits timed to the two seasons that move moisture the most in a Michigan house.

Every season

Four visits a year, plus small preventive spot treatments.

Questions

Is the plan available now?

Not yet. It is coming soon. The waitlist is how you hear first.

What will it cost?

Prices are announced before launch. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Does the plan remove mold?

No. The visits are checks. A technician reads moisture, writes down what they found and calls you if something reads wet. If something needs work, you get the answer in writing first. No plan can make a home mold-free.

Who does the visits?

A technician with a moisture meter. The company's name and the service area are announced before launch.

What do you do with my email?

We use it to tell you about this plan. Nothing else. You can unsubscribe from any email.
