A studio needs at least 5 Google reviews to get a grade. Grades follow position among graded Michigan studios: the top 10% earn A+, the next 15% A, the next 15% A-, the next 20% B+, the next 20% B, the next 15% B- and the rest C+.
Payment. A paid listing is labeled and never changes a studio's place. Claiming a profile is free. Verifying a profile is free. A claimed profile earns points only for the facts it adds, such as a booking link, and for the owner verification.
Google Business Profile listings, the studio's own website, and owner confirmations. Ratings and review counts change, so scores change. We re-read our data on a schedule and note the month on each page.
